Personal training is one of the most widespread types of exercise, applied with the constant supervision of the trainer, who undertakes exclusively one person or group. Each exercise is carefully selected depending on age, any musculoskeletal conditions, history of injuries, body posture, and general health status. The correct execution of the exercises is ensured by the fact that the instructor is always there to supervise mistakes, and adjust the program when deemed necessary, encouraging effort by creating a pleasant atmosphere.
